The 2026 Tesla Model Y Review.
The newest Tesla Model Y boasts an impressive appearance. At the front, it features a substantial light bar inspired by the cyber-truck, and the front hood is intentionally left without a badge, as Tesla believes their brand recognition is sufficient to forgo it. The Model Y has been designed with a slightly sleeker profile, enhancing its efficiency and range. Additionally, it includes an active aerodynamic feature and an air vent on the side, which aids in streamlining airflow along the vehicle’s body.

Side View

From the side, the most striking feature is its larger 21-inch tyres, which are fitted with Y-style alloy wheels that look quite appealing. Continuing along the side, there is a camera mounted on the fender, a rear view mirror, and another camera on the B-pillar. The flush door handles further enhance the overall aesthetic of the side profile. The Model Y is also fitted with double-glazed frameless glass on its windows.

Rear View

When observing the rear of the Model Y, it is arguably the most attractive angle of the vehicle. It features well-integrated tail lamps, and the manufacturer claims that both the headlights and tail lights are exceptionally bright. A carbon-coated spoiler is present at the rear, contributing additional downforce.
Another commendable aspect is the practicality of the boot space. With the second row of seats up, it offers 854 liters of storage, and when the second row is folded down, the boot space expands to 2100 liters, making the Tesla Model Y one of the most practical mid-size SUVs available in the market. It also includes a frunk space of 117 liters.

Interior

Tesla may not have the best build quality in the world, but the new Model Y is constructed exceptionally well. The steering wheel is identical to that of the Model Y. The central touchscreen, measuring 16 inches, is also of superior quality. It serves not only as the infotainment display but also as the control centre for the entire vehicle.
Additionally, it features a large glass roof, which is fixed in place. There is no option to open or close it, and it lacks a sunblind, which can be quite uncomfortable during hot summer days.

In the second row, the seats offer impressive legroom and a reclining angle at the back. The Model Y is also equipped with a rear touchscreen that allows you to adjust various features of the car, such as climate control, seat recline angle, rear seat ventilation, and much more.
